My very first session was very comfortable and I not only felt heard, without judgement, but I was actually looking forward to my next appointment. I was provided with realistic goals to use in my everyday life and I am so grateful I found Catharsis.

I’m very fortunate to have Kelli Andrews as my counselor, is an understatement. I’ve had other counselors that have made me feel like just a number in their day.
