I called in an order and was told 30 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes later and asked for my order. The girls at the counter stared blankly and said they couldn't find the order. i even told them who i spoke to and when I called. One of them disappeared to the kitchen and upon return told me "the kitchen hasn't had an order like that since lunch". Essentially they were implying that I hadn't called there.. The food is great. Our family has been going there for years. However, Saturday night was a horrible experience. Evidently we got the only waitress that didn't want to be there. Her face was incapable of smiling and we were expecting too much from her ie...ketchup, the correct food we ordered, and a server with a personality, and even though they close at 9 (we got there at 8) we were rushed. We stopped by after looking up great places to eat in Farmington. Unfortunately this was far from Great. The waitress had terrible customer service and never once checked if we needed anything and I was constantly looking for her . The fish was super over cooked along with the shrimp and chicken it was not worth the price and I didn’t even eat hardly any of my meal because it was just gross.
