Everything. I love my local Catfish Hole. I've worked for Pat & Janie on and off since 2005. There is no telling how many hushpuppies, fries, or pieces of fish, chicken, or fried shrimp I've eaten. I always say, if the employees love the food so much at the place they work, it's gotta be gooooood food. 15 years of working there and I love it probably even more now than I did in '05.
