The service- great! We brought our group of 16 and were accommodated with no issue. The food- hushpuppies were amazing as usual. Catfish was delish BUT the fillets were TINY. What happened? We will return though...everything was wonderful!!!!
Have been visiting for years but in the last few, it has been going downhill. Service felt very rushed but the biggest problem is the catfish. Four of us ladies ordered the same plate and three out of the four yielded us skimpy fillets. Most of each fillet was very thin and crisp, not the plump fillets as before. Terribly disappointed. $14.00 is a lot to pay for breaded pieces of slivers of fish.
Met family there yesterday evening( Friday), there were 14 of us, the staff had no trouble seating a group this large. It was s busy night. Those waitresses kept the huspuppies, cole slaw, and our drinks coming. The razorback basketball team was there. We all ended up calling the hogs. The food was amazing as usual. WPS
I meet Pat RIP my friend 25 years ago at a store called Midway I was a cashier he had a shirt on with fish all over it I told him I loved it the rest is history he told me he owned The Catfish Hole in Alma and Fayetteville we have been eating there ever since he was a wonderful man I will miss my hug from him when I go!!?
