Food was way under cooked and the staff was rude.

Catfish Charlie's is our favorite place to eat when we get to Dubuque. Huge appetizers, could be a meal by itself. Very good food and a great outdoor deck with a view of the harbor.
Great place for a date or private party
My wife and I ate there in October and when we finished the meal, we had enough for another meal the next night, awesome food and service. Love this place
