RecommendedSome of the best food I have ever eaten. Crab stuff shrimp was amazing!
oh man my son and I went here after his football game. We waited about a 1/2 hour or so but so worth the wait! my son had the NY strip and catfish fingers the steak was a perfect medium like he ordered. I had the two catfish filets yumo! There are so many delicious sides! Beer cheese mac and cheese and red beans and rice where delicious! Oh and I have to say the rum runner was perfect just like in the keys. We are definitely going back!
Always make it a priority to come here when in the area! Amazing food and drinks! Love cajun food and this place is the best in the midwest! (from a Wisconsinite)

I have never liked clam chowder but OMG it’s yummy along with the jambalaya . Every thing was delicious 😋
nothing but compliments on the food truck for our picnic at Rousselot. definitely will be using catfish charlies again. great price, great food, great to work with.
Travis (bartender) & Ricardo (sorry if I have his name wrong) one of the chefs were awesome! They steered me into making a very good decision on my supper selection!! A Definite seafood stop if I'm back in Dubuque!
I have shared crawfish (crayfish) etouffee from as far away places as st Francisville, LA, to Turnagain Arm outside Anchorage, AK and now to DuBuque, IA. Really good!
First if all, our server, John was great! He knew the menu, made awesome recommendations, checked on us appropriately & was just overall outstanding. We both had the beef brisket dinner. I had mine w/loaded mashed potatoes (highly suggest) & our daughter had catfish. We cook catfish at home in WI regularly & my husband (who prepares it) even said it was very good. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was delicious & the service couldn't have been better. Can't wait for another day trip to Iowa. We'll be back! Thanks John!
