I was in the Athens restaurant today at 3pm. We was seated right away and given a menu as we was seated. At 3:15 pm we was still setting there, no one came and took our drink order or ask if we was ready to order. Three different waitress walked by us on different occasions asking other diners setting all around us if they needed anything like refills and other things. Driving home on our way back to Florence my daughter and I were hungry! Seen a drive thru and was like thank God. The lady at the window very nice and friendly! Last but not least good was absolutely delicious plan on returning to sit in and eat soon..❤️
For the most part great catfish. Just a little bit well done but good flavor.
I don’t eat a lot of fish and being on a low carb diet I can tell you the boneless blackened catfish fillets would melt in your mouth.
Our waitress was very sweet and efficient. My husband and I got the catfish sandwich. He got a baked potato and I got onion rings. The hush puppies were very good. Our friend Minister Judy got onion rings and a hamburger. The food was very good and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great service and loved the atmosphere!!! The food was wonderful!!!
My aunt and I had lunch, got there around 12:30-12:45. Our food was delicious. However it took over 30 mins to get my food or drink. Our waitress had a sour attitude, like she could care less about being there. I do plan to revisit with my husband another time. Hopefully it'll be a better visit.
