She has just been a really nice ob/gyn and easy to talk to about your health.
She is a great doctor that is passionate about what she do and her patients. It's a wait to see her but her spirit is uplifting and warming. She was my oldest and last son Dr. The only thing I didn't like was that she wasn't there when I delivered both of my sons. Other than that I would highly recommend her.

Dr Pamela Cates Smith is the best and most personable doctor I have ever met! She took care of me during my second pregnancy (my first pregnancy resulted in a still birth), and she went the extra mile to make me feel at ease, safe, and most importantly, truly cared for. She is literally an absolute angel. 10/10 would recommend her to any woman looking for an OB, and most definitely would recommend her as your doctor during pregnancy. She’s the best! 💕
Dr Cates is the best OBgyn in central Florida, this woman goes above and beyond for her patients. I don’t want to disclose my personal life story. But this woman has invested herself in both my pregnancies. I adore her team and staff, yes usually kind of a wait when seeing her or Tina but it’s so worth it. They treat you with compassion and love. I drive from Altamonte springs to Orlando just to see her. I wouldn’t trade my doctor for the world. Cheers to you Dr Cates 🥰💕
Dr. Cates-Smith is the most professional, patient and thorough doctors I've ever seen. She became my doctor more than 5 years ago and I drive over 1 hour each way to see her. Her bedside manner is second to none and she speaks to and not at patients. You feel like you matter and never feel rushed as she asnwers all your questions matter how crazy they may seem. She's absolutely awesome!!!
