Cates electric is By far one of the best contractors, we’ve had the privilege of working with. Upon moving our company, we needed to upgrade the service in our building. They did some of the cleanest electrical work We have ever seen. But the best part is their customer service. They answer the phone they show up when they say they’re going to! They were very transparent in pricing and timeframe. Making it an easy process as a business. We highly recommend them don’t hesitate to call them for your next project.
Cates Electric came out quickly and Josh was very helpful in finding and resolving our issue. It ended up being an FPL problem even after FPL indicated their equipment was working fine. Armed with Josh’s info of the problem, FPL came out the same day and found the problem in the transformer box. Thanks Josh.
Cates just replaced 89 lights in our commercial building. It was a very tedious job and their crews were on time, clean, efficient and polite. Very satisfied!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. The hot water tank breaker needed replaced. One company came out and said they wouldn't replace the breaker but needed to replace the box for $6000. I called Cates electric and spoke to jennifer and explained my situation and made an appointment for the next day. I received a call 20 minutes later from her letting me know Josh could be at my house in 30 minutes. This is a family owned business that I highly recommend. Thanks again
Cates Electric gets my highest recommendation. We had an interlock installed with wiring to the patio. Rick was patient with my questions, professional and extremely helpful. Josh and his assistant arrived on time. The work was completed as promised. I’ll use Cates again and recommend them to all.
