I have been going to Cater’s Market for a while and never had a bad experience. Over the last few weeks I experienced some small mishaps with my orders. I didn’t complain at first, However, I had the opportunity to express my unhappiness and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I give you 5 STARS!!!! All the salads, soups and casseroles are awesome and the everything cookie is, well everything.
THEY HAVE GOOD SALADS AND HOMEMADE COOKIES
First time ordering. I called three days in a roll, talking to them about my order. No one ever said anything about it being frozen. If I am a first time customer, you should have told me, especially when my order was to be picked up at 11:00. In my opinion, that is the first thing they should ask you “would like for us to cook it?”. Very SORRY SERVICE!!
