First time ordering. I called three days in a roll, talking to them about my order. No one ever said anything about it being frozen. If I am a first time customer, you should have told me, especially when my order was to be picked up at 11:00. In my opinion, that is the first thing they should ask you “would like for us to cook it?”. Very SORRY SERVICE!!
