I decided to stop by Caterpillar Cafe and order my usual go to drink to see how it compared to the one at Firehouse: 3 shots of espresso over ice with oat milk and white chocolate flavoring. Unfortunately, Caterpillar really missed the mark. The espresso lacked any real depth or richness; it honestly tasted like watered-down drip coffee.
