I decided to stop by Caterpillar Cafe and order my usual go to drink to see how it compared to the one at Firehouse: 3 shots of espresso over ice with oat milk and white chocolate flavoring. Unfortunately, Caterpillar really missed the mark. The espresso lacked any real depth or richness; it honestly tasted like watered-down drip coffee. Went here for the first time with my bf, the drinks were really good. I wish I could’ve asked what brand of chai they used but unfortunately I was nervous to ask since the girl taking our order wasn’t very nice. She seemed pretty excited and friendly when her friend walked in and almost cut us in line though.
