Been here for 3 hours, they only have a forklift to unload all the flatbeds that come in. The forklift driver unloads a truck and leaves for 45 minutes. This place is a freaking joke

All the previous reviews said it, but I'll echo what's been said. Truck drivers, AVOID delivering here! Appointment at 1:30pm. Arrived at 12:45pm. Left just before 9pm. They took 2 breaks while I was waiting and just shut everything down. No idea why they even bother setting appointments if they run this place so unorganized.
Drivers, i’m so sorry to inform you but these people that unload are incompetent. Please prepare to wait for at least 5 hrs to get a dock and another couple hours to unload.. There’s a line to get up to a red line and there’s so much trucks sitting infront cause even trucks in docks are waiting hours and hours to unload. And there are only 6 docks but a million trucks. I got so frustrated I started to bribe a dock worker $20 dollars to unload me fast. Only then I was magically unloaded quickly. Wasted my time and never will ... read more
13 trucks ahead of me. Appt means nothing! Stay in line and wait. AVOID this.
