I just have to say one of the worst experiences of my life. My fiance and I wanted to book the Bloom Lake Barn as our wedding venue. Everything was great working with the barn up until Unique Catering got involved. Once UDE got involved they gave us a deadline of 4 days to sign the contract. We had a company fall festival and went with a baked potato bar, chilli, and chicken wild rice soup. The food was absolutely amazing and Emily was great to work with. The crew that dropped off the food was very courteous and helpful with everything. We will definitely be using UDE Catering for anymore company gatherings.
Just attended an event last night that UDE catered with a macaroni bar. It was fabulous. All I have done today is think about the toppings and how good they were. If they had a local restaurant, I'd be going there for dinner. I have attended many events they have catered as well as the Courtyards of Andover's Comedy/dinner shows and the food is always top of the line. I have never been more disappointed with customer service than I have been with Unique Dining and Catering. As someone that works in customer service, I find it so sad to put another family owned business down. They catered my wedding at Bloom Lake barn because it was Bloom Lakes exclusive catering company.
