The food was absolutely amazing. As a bride from the Caribbean, it was very important to me that my culture was represented correctly—and you did that and more! The food tasted amazing and I'm so grateful to the Chef for reaching out personally to inform me on how to keep the food warm and how to serve it. Even after warming for an hour plus, it still tasted fresh. Catering CC did exactly as we dreamed! From the very first phone call to Chef Winston, he was kind, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He and his staff came on time and made the cocktail hour magical, thanks to his amazing skills. The charcuterie board was a work of art, and the small bites served up by his staff were Michelin star.
