Amazing Service – Narvell and her staff catered a party at The Advanced Clinics. Beautifully done. Wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for anything better! Bravo.
Narvell is AMAZING!!!! – Narvell is a professional in her line of work, and her employees are a mirror of her!!! We have used her numerous times; at the lodge on Monte Sano; at our office and another off site location. She does everything to please everyone. I can call her with a weeks' notice and she will do whatever I need - mandola who wrote the bad rating must be a very unhappy person_because everything that was said is NOT TRUE. Narvell is a professional. NOW YOU HAVE HEARD THE REST OF THE STORY
Dangerous staff and poor service – Staff was surly, acted like they didn't want to be there. No consistent use of gloves for food handling, and several cross-contamination issues were observed as a result. Staff ate and drank during event, and took smoke breaks without washing hands when they returned. One server ate while they handed out plates. Very unprofessional and very defensive when questioned.
