Chef Charlie catered our wedding and has been considered part of our family for well over 10 years. He is an amazing cook, owner, and planner. He has worked with me for a local non profit and went above and beyond to help! He has traveled and you can taste that in his delicious food!

Chef Charlie is by far the best chef in the Paso Robles area and in all the world for that matter!! He and his team catered mine and my wife’s wedding and the food was one of the main compliments that we received
Chef Charlie catered my wedding, and the food was the most talked about part of the whole event! His attentiveness to flavor and presentation were exceptional. He and his crew are extremely capable of working with food allergies. Our whole menu was lactose free, and not a single person could tell! I worked closely with Chef Charlie when he was Justin Winery's Chef many years ago. His food is absolutely amazing, and he has a wonderful presence. I have been happily enjoying his food at a variety of venues all over the county since, and highly recommend him for any type of catering for your event.
