Just contracted Catering by Billie for my daughter's wedding. Haven't had her food yet, but I can say if it's anything like the "above and beyond" customer service Dawn provides, we won't be disappointed! She has been unbelievably flexible, accommodating, quick to respond and understanding (of brides travel conflicts and time constraints)! Additionally, she works very hard to fit the budget!! I'm thrilled to have found her and can't wait for the big day!!
The brownies are the best, but so is everything else!
Catering by Billie catered our daughters' graduation party this past weekend and the food was fabulous!!!! Everyone at the party loved it and there was plenty. The zucchini and squash was amazing. The pasta salad was superb. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I will use Catering by Billie for my next event.
