Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Our meal options were filet mignon (8 oz. filet with balsamic roasted cipollini onions and a blue cheese compound butter), butternut squash ravioli (with a sweet corn, cauliflower, and spinach cream sauce), and seared salmon (with a lemon beurre blanc) with the house salad. Haley is an incredible person to work with and led all catering aspects for our wedding at the Overture Center with Catering a Fresco. Her attention to detail helped us figure out our catering contract, set up our menu tasting and ensured all guests who had dietary restrictions were cared for.
