Caterina was knowledgeable about the processes involved and helped us navigate the many contract documents associated with selling a home, which for our first time caused a little confusion. Her answers and ability to market our place allowed for a quicker sale in the market by keeping interest alive in the home for potential buyers. While many seller's are making concessions in the 2025 market, we were able to get our target net proceeds with her help.

Amazing.... Caterina is a very professional, funny, caring, and well-informed realtor. She had answers to all my questions without even asking. She comes with anything and everything you will need printed out and ready and will mostly keep you updated throughout the process. I can say that I have a friend now in the real estate business and I would recommend her to any home buyer or seller. The whole process was Amazing and fast. Caterina is so patience and honest. She was so kind am and I really felt like she was in my court at all times. I am the type that needs to see all my options and she never minded when I wanted to see places twice to make sure. After not having a good experience with my previous agent, she was a breath of fresh air. She negotiated on my behalf and got everything I wanted. She is knowledgeable about area in which I purchased my place. She is truly wonderful!
