They are professional kind and full of life. The service is fantastic and given with genuine care.
First off this place is amazing! I love how the awesome receptionist, Alla, makes you feel welcomed and special as soon as you walk in the door. I regularly come in for an eye lash fill and wax and I can’t even explain what a wonderful job Alina does. She takes the time and effort to make me the best version of me making me leave her room more confident then when I entered. I could write a novel on just Alla and Alina alone on their superior customer service. I will forever be a client❤️
Wonderful place!!! Clean, down to earth, professional, welcoming place to come get all your girlie stuff done!

Me and a friend got our eyelashes done with the pfd special, i had seen some good reviews so i wanted to try this place out. I was looking for a new lash place anyway, We got them done this last Friday afternoon, and they were falling out by Saturday, and pretty much nonexistent by Sunday. So disappointing! I called Sunday, they were closed so i left a detailed voicemail and my # to call back, didn’t receive a call. Tried calling back, no answer. So I went there and got a fill. I went home and thought it was unusual that it hurt my eyes to blink and I could feel the glue pulling at my natural lashes so I went back in to get them somewhat unstuck and get the clumps out.... leaving still with clumps in some places. Finally yesterday I went elsewhere and the gal showed me the clumps she took out and there were at least four to five lashes in ever clump. My lashes feel so much better now that they are off! I would never go back there for lashes🤷🏽♀️
I’ve received facials and waxing from Maddie .. she does an amazing job! Lashes are next! I highly recommend Catelyn’s Place!
I have been going here for over 3 yrs and it’s the only place I go. I love the staff and atmosphere. These ladies are amazing.
