RUN they will take your deposit you will overpay for trash water. Lots of crime and drug dealing. One of the Maintance guys was actually inappropriate trying to touch me I filed a police report because he came into my apartment with no warning waiting for me outside. I wanted to break my lease so bad. The guy still works there and I was not the only female who felt uncomfortable by him according to police. He still has his job that speaks volumes. Very disappointing experience. I’m not even going to get into the roach problems, mold, and other issues we dealt with while living there. Now, after moving out, I’ve had to send multiple emails just to get an answer about my security deposit refund. I provided everything requested for the wire transfer and still can’t get a clear update. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating.
Please I’m begging you never come here management is trash, they got an office a nobody is NEVER there I mean NEVER!!! Definitely Scammers 100% They don’t help residents or even fix issues with your apartment. Water is off every week. Oh almost forgot no guess parking. Don’t let nothing of yours get stolen from your car or something criminal happen cuz they won’t look at 1 out of a billion cameras that they have out here to save your belongings maybe not even your life.
