We couldn’t handle the bad days at our condominiums and HOA properties without the FirstOnsite team. The best communication I’ve received in years dealing with restoration companies. Love the partnership we have and while it’s always a tough call to make as it usually means there is a disaster or crisis somewhere, I rest easy knowing you guys will have it handled as soon as you pick up the call!

RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it.
