RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!
One of the worst companies I’ve worked with as far as customer service. They left our project incomplete for MONTHS with basically no contact. That was bad enough then I got on a payment plan where they had no wiggle room on late payments (I’m talking a day late & they would threaten to send to collections) and no way to pay online. Very rude people all around who essentially won’t take the blame for their own mistakes and won’t give their customers any grace. Extremely frustrating - I will never recommend their company.
I cannot tell you the panic I felt when I realized my bathroom on the main floor was flooding only to go downstairs and see water pouring through the light sockets in the basement room... DOUBLE PANIC! I had enough common sense to reach out to Cheryl L. at First Onsite and they were here in minutes to assess the situation and make a plan for remidation of all moisure in the main and basement levels.
