Update: Catch Air corrected the mistake. My daughter loves the facilities , but do NOT recommend getting the six month membership. When this location first opened, I signed up for the 6 month membership and after the six months I canceled the membership in person. I didn’t realize until many months later that I was still receiving a $42 reoccurring charge on my bank statement. I’m extremely disappointed with the way my children and I were treated today around 5 PM. Of the three employees working, I’m referring specifically to the shorter employee, not the two taller employees. Her behavior toward us was completely unacceptable. I felt that my children were treated differently because they are Black, especially after observing how differently and warmly she interacted with white customers. I would recommend Catch Air to others. It was a very fun and unique adventure place. This was enjoyable for younger and older kids; we took our 2 year old and 6 year old and they both had a blast. There is an area just for smaller children 4 and younger, but our 2 year old preferred the big kid side. There were many different slides, climbing areas, a small trampoline, a ball pit and simulations.
