The tanning is always good. But we've been going here for 2 years as well as a lot of our friends on the north side and they have a girl in there who is terrible rude. Not friendly or welcoming. Her name is Nicole. She was terribly rude to me on 2 occasions and 1 time to my husband. We have 2 people that go to our gym the had brought her up also. Things like this can seriously make you want to go somewhere else. Tanning is great. Customer service from her on evenings and weekends is terrible. Rude as soon as you walk in.
