Like most people the got service from catch a critter, I called and had him come out to get squirrels out of attic. He successfully removed one but there are still more up there and I have yet to hear anything back. I was also double charged and never received a refund for one of the he extra payments.
They give you a wide time frame on when they will be at your house, however they never showed the days they were supposed to. Then when the guy did actually show up, at their convenience, the guy had a half alive racoon in the back of his truck with a steel neck breaker around its broken neck while the babies where still alive next to it.
I paid them $319 dollars for them to initially come out and set the trap in order to remove raccoons from my attic in my home almost 3 months ago. Not only are the raccoons still in my home destroying my attic but I have not heard from the company from the day that they first came out to set the trap. They do not and have not responded to my calls or voice mails and the food bait has now began to mold as it has never been changed......
