I just visited Catbird at the Platform for the first time and 10/10 would recommend! This is such a special store. I love the Forever Bracelets you can get fitted just right and zapped on, it's such a cute idea for best friends or mom & daughters. I also didn't know they had non-jewelry items like candles, holiday ornaments, cards. Every item felt unique and handmade, like you couldn't find it anywhere else. This is officially my go-to for gifting!
I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this Catbird store. Clarissa has never failed to help find the right product/size, process an exchange, etc. The team here is super friendly and their jewelry is my favorite. I'm actually going to switch to ordering from the store instead of online to support them!
It was my first time visiting the Catbird store in Culver City and my husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Christine was welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. I came in to look at bracelets and she brought out different options for me to try (even the little slipper gold bracelet when I asked if they had it in stock).
