Used to love this brand - even got our wedding bands here. Today's customer service changed it all and not surprised to see others giving the similar reviews. Really condescending and unhelpful staff who wouldn't honor an offer from a previous visit. Lots of other great local jewelry shops to support to bother with this one again.
Store Associate Del was so helpful and friendly, going over the details of the piercing I came in for patiently and a sense of humor. She was also kind enough to untangle my necklace chain and correct a minor flaw in its jump ring. I’m a big Catbird fan (have several pieces) so I was pleased to discover a physical location close to me. Oh no, more temptation ☺️
best catbird location!! i’ve been to all of the catbird locations, but this culver city location has consistently been the best one out of all of them. the service is outstanding, store is beautiful, surrounding shopping is incredible, and the best pieces are always in stock. i would also particularly applaud them for their dedication to offering community discounts as well as always being very well stocked in comparisons to other locations! will continue shopping here 🥰
I had an amazing experience shopping at the Culver City Catbird store! Stephanie was very patient and answered my many questions. She even helped me find my ring size. I really really appreciated her customer service. I would 100% recommend visiting this location! Will be back soon.
