Store Associate Del was so helpful and friendly, going over the details of the piercing I came in for patiently and a sense of humor. She was also kind enough to untangle my necklace chain and correct a minor flaw in its jump ring. I’m a big Catbird fan (have several pieces) so I was pleased to discover a physical location close to me. Oh no, more temptation ☺️
best catbird location!! i’ve been to all of the catbird locations, but this culver city location has consistently been the best one out of all of them. the service is outstanding, store is beautiful, surrounding shopping is incredible, and the best pieces are always in stock. i would also particularly applaud them for their dedication to offering community discounts as well as always being very well stocked in comparisons to other locations! will continue shopping here 🥰
I had an amazing experience shopping at the Culver City Catbird store! Stephanie was very patient and answered my many questions. She even helped me find my ring size. I really really appreciated her customer service. I would 100% recommend visiting this location! Will be back soon.

I love Catbird’s jewelry. Their return/exchange policies? A bit confusing. The experience I had today in the store? Bothersome. I drove up (70 minutes) to LA because I could save on shipping a return. Someone at corporate told me I had a 20 day window, but they had made an exception and emailed me approval to return because I had been in touch with them a couple of times about my purchase.
