I am a current resident of Catawba Village. I was surprised to see on Thursday 01/28/21 that building material was dropped off directly in front of my driveway rendering it useless until building is complete. It is very rude of this builder to have such disregard for the current residents in the community. Also they could have easily put the building material in the parking lot directly beside the area they are building. This has been the case with other sections that have been built. Everything about these homes are extremely beautiful and elegant! I heard of Bill Pulte before, so when I put two and two together I did some research and I was right about my instincts. His company has an almost perfect 5 Star Rating! From quality to customer service, they had a ridiculous amount of great reviews. I met with Lee Young, who was the on site consultant for the homes was a blessing to have. He returned every email, phone call and is knowledgeable to say the least.
