Dr. Lenke and his staff were wonderful! We are from out of town and they got our 11 year old lab in right away. And treated her as if she were their own personal pet. I was impressed with the fact that Dr Lenke did a thorough exam, and was able to diagnose the problem without rushing into any expensive and/or unnecessary, diagnostic tests. He is very down to earth and knows his stuff! And the fees were very reasonable. Yesterday morning I brought my sweet dog in to have her euthanised. I was from out of town and found them online. I can't say enough about how wonderful and caring they were. They helped me get through such difficult time and I will be forever grateful to them. Even the people in the waiting room were very sweet and supportive to me. So glad I was able to find them in our time of need.
I am with Central Ohio Pomeranian Rescue, we have a foster in your area and she has brought our dogs to your office for vetting over the last 2 + years. During a recent visit, we brought a dog in for Vaccines, HW test, and asked them to insert a microchip which the rescue supplied. Just to clarify, the registration was already paid for through the chip company, the ONLY thing we needed the vet to do was insert the chip. We get the bill and find that we were charged $39.50 to have the chip inserted! I contacted them thinking ... read more
