Dr.Bools is a great Dr.very professional and efficient, I was pleased with my visit 😀 Facility is nice and clean also!
Dental office contacted this office well ahead of patient's scheduled extraction appointment to request clearance to stop blood thinner. Vascular office never returned any phone calls or clearance letter. Confirmed that a request was received but no explanation as to why it was not returned other than "well we have been very busy here.." So, essentially stopped medication for no reason and now I am rescheduling dental again all because someone at Vascular didn't do their job. The check out ladies needs to be as nice as the check in lady.
Went there yesterday with my girlfriend and Dr. Kim made it seem like she was crazy and didn’t know what she was talking about even though her health was clearly not okay! My girlfriend’s legs, feet, and hands were clearly purple and her skin and veins were blotchy. Not a thing was done.
This is the most unprofessional doctors office. Rude from the beginning. Business office is the most unprofessional. Dr Kim laughed at the nervous patient. The PAs say one thing and do another.
