Best urgent care in Hickory. The staff is WONDERFUL. They always take care of my daughter; like they would their own family. I can’t say enough good things about EMT MEL, he has always been very helpful and caring.
I just recently moved to the area and needed urgent care services. I based myself on google reviews and this urgent care had the best. I waited about 15 mins before getting called in. Doctor, nurse, x-ray tech are all wonderful, friendly, and very professional. . They helped relieve my back pain. I would definitely be coming back or any of my urgent care needs. I was in an out of the office within 1 hour and 30 mins, including x-rays and shots. Not bad for an urgent care.
So rude I was told to turn around and take myself to the hospital and to takeoff now
