Cathleen agreeded to help me with a dock project. First call she agreed to do the work for me. She said she would follow up with an email outlining the fees. I never recieved the email. I emailed her and texted her several times with no response. I called her office left a message with her assistant still no response. Then I called the realtor that referred her to me.
