This is the first gym I didn’t feel judged in due to my disability and having to modify exercises. Thank you guys for a great experience
These guys and gals are the best to help you figure out what is best for you. Wether it be the pool, the gym, or yoga, they will help find what works for you. They did with me, with the broken back, my new shoulder...I was a mess; but they all help me stay mobile to the best of their ability. I highly recommend Fitness Plus to anybody.
This is the best place for me. It’s a gym where I feel comfortable, and although i have gone to other gyms in the past, this is the one where I feel seen and valued despite my lack of athletic prowess or build. Even without the pool, I would still choose this gym. There is plenty of equipment for all fitness levels including rehab. For me, the pool is the crown jewel of Fitness Plus. I have been going to Catawba Valley Medical Center’s Fitness Plus for a little over 2 years. I really like the facility and services provided. There are many options for exercise with great equipment, classes and the pool. The facility is clean and well maintained. My favorite part is all of the nice people I have met, clients and staff. I highly recommend this facility.
Physical therapist works great as one on one.and good atmosphere.am very impresssd with the facilities. U have option to shower off after session. Provide clean towels . always available.
