My nephew came here at 10am for internal bleeding. Tell me why they made him wait until 4pm to air lift him to concord? 6hrs later and a blood transfusion later when he could've died from internal bleeding. SMH save your family and kids don't go here.

Treatment including multiple hospital stays at various hospitals in excess of a week at a time to has always been a bit better here all things considered-nobody does everything perfect but the biggest negative has almost been the wait at the emergency room just to get into a room to be seen but I do t have anything to compare that to other than the VA emergency Dept’s so maybe all of them are a horrible wait

The backside of the emergency room is disappointing it’s 3:25 pm been in this room for 2 hours after an hour and a half they draw my moms blood as she asks me to take her home so she can pass … Provoviding quality health care in a Reasonable amount of time … my suggestion go back and re read your own mission statement

Some of their staff is unvaccinated! Extremely unacceptable and puts so many patients at risk for COVID-19. You would think these people would know better.
