I've been going to the office for a while now, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Today, however I had an appointment at 2:00 pm and when I went to check in my appointment time had been mixed up with another person's. Finally I get checked in and an hour and a half later I've still yet to be called back. This isn't the first time this is happened. The service is good; when you can finally see someone.
Had to wait over 2 hours and didn't get called back. Then to find out they didn't even check me in. Then I tried to get a different appointment and they couldn't even do that! The people in the front are terrible and rude.
