My primary care DR practices here. I really like my primary care Dr. The front office staff is nice and courteous. My Dr's nurse is really great. I have no complaints and only positive things to say about this medical practice.
The office staff is very helpful and caring. The doctors and nurse practitioners are absolutely wonderful. It’s just not a job for them. It’s like a family they care about people Danielle Wood as one of the most caring people that I’ve seen.
Outstanding treatment.
I have been a patient of this facility since I moved here in 2001. Dr Hoover and PA Mike ran the show here. This was once a great place to receive medical service. Catawba Valley bought out Dr. Hoovers practice and renamed it from Mountainview Family Practice to what it is today. I was trying to get information on whether or not I could be seen at this office or transfer to another practice if possible cause I did not know, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and just hung up rudely.
