Just had my very first appointment here with Annette Gwaltney, FNP and her assistant Gizell. I have never felt this understood, seen, and listened to at a doctor's appointment. Not only is the clinic staff happy to see you, but the care team really acts like they care and want to help you. They are willing to dig deeper into your health to understand and best treat you. Love my doctor but what is up with the front desk staff?? I called to make a sick appointment on friday and was told they couldnt schedule bc sick visits were "on a first come first serve basis". But when i scheduled a sick visit for my son they just scheduled an appointment for him? I called early this morning and spoke to someone who told me they would contact me with an appointment time.
