I would certainly NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff lacks of professional knowledge and is unwilling to help. I went to Catawba Valley Family Medicine for my annual preventive exam that is 100% covered by my insurance, BCBS. I had ONE SINGLE REQUEST - only do the tests covered by the preventive care portion of my insurance. They either did not understand, or worse – did not care.
