I have been going to Dr. Brooks for years. His staff is very professional and willing to address any concerns I have. Dr Brooks is a great Dr. and I would recommend anyone to his practice.
Took a week and three phone calls just to be told they never sent for my records to be faxed and couldn't tell me if I'd be accepted as a patient after 8 days of waiting. Unacceptable when there are so many other doctor offices in Hickory to pick from. 🤦 Obviously they're not interested in accepting new patients.
