I am extremely disappointed with how this doctor's office handled this situation. I'm not even sure when the first strike supposedly happened, but the second strike was given after my fiancé called the office and explained that I had a seizure and he could not safely leave me home alone. Instead of showing any understanding for a medical emergency, they counted it against him.
