It seems like every time I go there the front people are new and lately you can't get a doctor's appointment same day or two days or one day after you call not sure what's going on
I have been a patient with Catawba valley Family Medicine Maiden forever 20 years. There are not enough accolades that I could give them for the work that they do and the things they have done for me the doctors as well as the entire staff are professional and efficient and care about their patients

I was very disappointed in the service I received on July 7th at the Maiden Clinic.I called on Monday July 6th to get an appointment with my Dr. who is Dr.Stump.Was told she was on vacation but that Dr. Olejarz was covering her patients.So was given a appointment on July 7th at 11:00 A.M. After I arrived was taken back with my husband and Weighed,BP, then normal stuff.When the Dr. came in the room she talked first and then checked my ears,looked at my throat.Ordered a Flu and Covid test.
