Update on 8.5.25 After speaking to the customer care team, someone from the office reached out and made things right. I am grateful for their response. If you have questions or concerns, I encourage you to reached out to let them know. What they don't know they can't fix. If I could give this office a 0, I would. I've had countless bills from them claiming they filed with my insurance correctly when they didn't. If I could give this office a 0, I would. I've had countless bills from them claiming they filed with my insurance correctly when they didn't. I have fought almost every claim they've sent to the incorrect billing address after telling them which address to send it to. Then on top of that, they don't charge correctly. They've added charges that didn't happen on 2 of the bills they sent out and when I called and asked them about it, they told me the bill was correctly charged.
