I have seen Dr. Santoso since august of 2017 and up until the last year or so, I’ve had great experiences. Today around 1pm I called CVBH to ask about getting a refill on my medication. Wesley Rogers is an amazing person with a heart of gold for helping so many dealing with addiction.
Have been going here for years. They now have a Genoa pharmacy on site. Really enjoy my doctors and now conveniently I can also get my medications at same place.
Get some people that understand what the definitions of the terms "healthcare provider" and " Well Being " first of all. Then get them to have compassion and understanding. Good luck with that.
The staff was really helpful and nice. I only met with a Social Worker, but I'm looking forward to getting the treatments that I need.
