This office rescheduled my appointment then I confirmed it I called today and she said that it wasn't a reschedule for that day it was incorrect that it will be in January. This is a office that is inside of a public Health Department and are prejudice to The Original people.!!!!!!! Do not go to this office they will run up your insurance to do and offer nothing to you except lies!!!!!!!
First off, if you have little ones, be sure that if you make an appointment, only have the child that has the appointment with you because they will not allow any adults or other siblings back during the appointment. (They also can’t sit in the waiting area) Even when my daughter was 2, I wasn’t allowed back with her. Despite her age. They will not inform you of these rules until after you have filled out paperwork and have waited over an hour to notify you that no one else is allowed back into the room. Not feasible for families with multiple kids. You can only schedule two weeks at a time, and if you have multiple kids, they can only go one at a time. I took my school-aged daughter and her preschool brother to an appointment. they wouldn't see us because no kids are allowed other than the patient. What am I supposed to do then? For child care, they have a long wait, and the wait staff needs help with politeness. You get what you pay for.
This place sucks got more then 10 shots in my mouth then made wait and wait while she did other things besides you then made you feel like crap would not recommend this dentist to anyone
Dr. Crowder is an amazing dentist. Staff is also friendly.
