Don't move here unless you want to be watched by your neighbors 24/7 and have false complaints filed against you. Not to mention the management is constantly changing not to mention useless. You the the property manager the problems through email because they won't answer the phone but they do t answer emails either. If you have kids you will be persecuted and watched as if you were the most wanted criminal.dont have a dog you might get accused of abusing them and have police called on ypu for no reason. I’ve lived at Catawba Apartments for a year now, and when I first moved in, I was genuinely excited. The landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, and on the surface, everything looked perfect. But and this is a very bug BUT . ** THE ROACHES*** So Many Roaches.
