My family and I moved here one year ago and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Belmont. The apartments are a little dated, but well maintained and clean The granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice as are the new dark cabinets in the kitchen. I loved the huge porches/balconies and will miss sitting outside at night. Downtown Belmont is a quick walk away - less than 10 mins - and Harris Teeter is a five minute drive. I have been in the community for 12 years and i love the area very quiet, and clean. I want to tell the owner that Ashton the office manager is awesome. She is very helpful, kind and always professional. She makes sure all requests are done in a timely manner. She is very valuable to the company.
We have loved living here! They have gone above and beyond for us! My husband is handicapped and needed several accommodations upon move in. New flooring, grab bars, and ramps were installed at no cost to us before moving in. We also have our own handicap parking spot complete with ramps. This past March the apartments were updated with new cabinetry and granite countertops. At no cost to us our bathroom was accommodated with custom cabinetry for handicapped access. This is really a terrific place to live. Ashten is a great manager. She is always very timely in responding to emails, and overall very helpful. Anytime we submit a maintenance request, it is fulfilled with a day or two. We are very happy living here
