High Priced I have to agree with the review before mine, the clinic's staff was nice and the Vet was too, but the prices were very high and I went to the clinic three times and walked out each time with a bill of 150.00+. I want the best possible care for my pets, but when I feel I'm being nickle and dimed, I've got to find another vet. I just called Rock Hill Animal Hospital and the Receptionist was very friendly and more than accomodating. I will write a review after I visit the clinic.
THE BEST VET CLINIC IN ROCK HILL My pets have been patients of Dr. Platt at Catawba Animal since 1997, and I have been nothing but completely 110% satisfied with their care and treatment. I started out at RH Animal Clinic and Carolina Place Animal. My pets were not treated as family members, which is how I treat them. They are treated as family at Catawba. Plus, the prices are NOT higher than RH Animal or Carolina Place. In fact, Carolina Place was higher than Catawba, and they took my dog's stitches out in the waiting room!... read more
Best of the best! My family and I have been loyal CAC clients for more than 20 years. I currently live an hour north of Rock Hill, and I still take my animals there unless there is an emergency or scheduling conflict on my end. The prices may be higher than some places, but I have found in my travels to different states and needing vet care that no vet is cheap. Animal Clinic Catawba Animal Clinic was the first veternary clinic I went to when I moved to South Carolina. It is very nice place, clean, well organized, and the staff is very friendly. Their prices are a little higher than most Vets, but you get good service. I had one really bad experience with the clinic and I only went back once since then and that was because I had to. Great Clinic.....Caring People! Dr. Platt is the best! He has taken care of my lab for over 10 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Even though my dog is shy, Dr. Platt has gone out of his way to get to know her and make her as comfortable as possible with every visit. His expertise has help avoid unnecessary procedures and expenses. Thank you CAC!!
Catawba Clinic is pricey, but worth it. Ive used 2 vet offices: Rock Hill and Catawba. Ive found that while prices are higher at Catawba, my dogs leave happy after being boarded vs. hot, thin, and loosing hair. And, the doctors are friendlier in recommendations etc. It is pricey, but to me, its a better set-up for myself and my pets than other options.
Dr Platt is the Best We have used Catawba Animal Clinic and all the vets for a number of years. We recently discovered that our dog was diabetic and the love and care he has received from Dr. Platt can't be put into words. I will trust no one else with his care...and when I thought the bill was going to be outrageous, I was surprised that it wasn't. Take it from me...if you want a vet that truly loves your dog like you do then go to CAC
Service was wonderful, but I wish I kept looking after my first appointment, I could have saved my self at least $300. I have spent over $800 between two routine visits. In this last visit my cat was throwing up and wasn't eating or drinking they charged me $420 for the whole visit to tell me she was constipated. Please Save your money and keep looking there are other clinic out there with wonderful service for a lot cheaper.
RecommendedLong time client. Always have had excellent care for my fur babies.
