I had a great experience with Catawba Animal Clinic when they treated my dog Tyger. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and very compassionate. They truly showed that they care about the animals and their owners. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure Tyger was comfortable throughout the visit. This clinic was recommended to me by a coworker and I have recommend it to every pet parent I have met since. We found them at a very difficult time in our cat's life and this clinic was the only positive during that time. It is the first time I have felt fully comfortable putting my cat's care in the hands of someone else. I’ve always had a good experience here and have recommended to others. They take the time to get to know your pet and answer all your questions. Everyone that works there is so professional and kind. They all feel so knowledgeable. I love how they play bird sounds for the cats who get nervous and have bird feeders outside the windows. I highly recommend!! Best vet clinic I’ve ever been to.
Everytime I go, my baby Greta and I are met with a pleasant experience. My cat Greta is always fussy and agitated when being taken outside of her home, and the vet and technicians always do their best to make her comfortable and calm. Greta is my very first pet I've raised on my own, and I've learned a great deal from these professionals.
The people who work here are awesome. Our dog Biscuit is treated like a little king as soon as he walks in the door. The ladies at the front desk pass him around to get kisses from Biscuit. The vets here really take the time with you to make sure you understand all that has been done to your pet, and your pet is healthy and happy when you leave.
