I had an amazing experience at Cataraqui Family Dental at Cataraqui Mall and I can’t recommend them enough. I was dealing with a severe toothache and was really worried because I was a new patient, but they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Dr H was amazingly patient and skilled. Im petrified of the dentist but this was by far one of the best experiences i have had. His assistant (missed her name) was also great took time to answer questions and they both made sure i was very comfortable all the way through thr procedure. Due to deep depression and other issues, I didnt brush my teeth for years nor go to the dentist. Dr. Abir made me super comfortable and didnt judge me one bit. He talked me through a plan for fixing my teeth and explain each procedure. I am so thankful that he is my dentist, he has made going to the dentist a safe place for me and not something to be afraid of.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Cheerful, helpful front-counter service. Gentle, attentive cleaning by Kallysta and administrative follow-up with my insurance provider. And Dr. Tarah is kind, patient, thorough, and informative with her expertise and guidance. What a fabulous team! I'd give them 10 stars, if I could. I'm so glad that I switched to this clinic.
