So glad I chose this place when I was looking to switch to a dentist in kingston! The office is very clean and organized. The staff were all lovely from reception to the chair. Very friendly people and a warm atmosphere. My exam was thorough, yet efficient. Honest people and they dont push for extras like polishing.
Had a very good experience at the dental clinic in Cataraqui Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The clinic was clean, organized, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you to the team for the great care and customer service. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again!
I can not say enough good things about this place. I have HUGE dental anxiety and got hooked up with Dr Tara. From the moment I walked in everyone was beyond friendly. The front dest, office management, the assistant and again Dr Tara. I had not been to the dentist in quit some time so my fear was even higher. Everyone made the experience great. Run! Run for your life! I have been to plenty of dental offices and I can tell you right now these people are not dentists. I got a filling and afterwards my "dentist" said, "oh that was deeper than I thought I almost went right through." turns out, she gave me a tooth infection because she hit my nerve. Over months the infection built and when it finally showed it's face, she didn't even consider an infection. I love this dentist it is absolutely amazing this staff and Dr. ABIR is so friendly and kind. I hope he is my dentist for years to come . I now absolutely just love the dentist. He is also my daughter's dentist and she was truly very scared but he helped her with the process and the steps along the way and made her feel very comfortable and is truly a genuine nice guy !!
