Amazing job on our closets and bathroom, we can't wait for the kitchen to be finished. Overall a great experience, considering what we had to endure with the first contractor we had in our condo. I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Cataraqui Cabinets. When I called regarding an issue that had developed with a cabinet installed by the company, their response was prompt and professional, and showed that they really care about their customers.
We had a very good experience with Cataraqui Cabinets from start to finish. Michelle worked with us every step of the way and Jessie did a great job with install.
Extremely unprofessional employees. Better to spend money with larger places like Home Depot or Rona etc. the craftsmanship and finishing of cabinetry was awful. Had to call back the company multiple time to do the finishing. Not worth the headache. Intention to use this company was to help local business but they’re not worth it as they don’t have trust.
