My mother has had an awful experience at this place! I would highly NOT recommend it. Our first appointment the two girls at the front desk were talking about my mom after they took my mom back. They didn’t know that I was there in the waiting room. Then, today my mom went in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk spoke to my mom in such a condescendingly way. I have never seen people treated this way. I will not be taking my mom back to this place.
Took a friendlier to get a patch of her eye as yesterday she had the cataract surgery I had it done 3 years ago it's no biggie anyway she had a 4:00 appointment I'm still sitting in the car at 5:24 still waiting for her which is totally ridiculous so I don't know what they do in there and why are they booked so many appointments that they can't take of the patients they have
My son and I were scheduled 30 minutes apart. When I got called back,we were asked if we just wanted to go together. We said that was fine because they were busy. After that,we were put in a room,waiting. As we waited,a girl came by and put a red flag on the door. The doctor walked by a little later and removed the flag.
