Saw Dr. Robin for an exam due to some strange and debilitating symptoms I’ve started having. He very obviously didn’t believe me and made multiple mocking remarks. His end advice was to “just try some different drops” after already mocking my list of all the drops I had tried with no effect. Not only did I leave the office feeling disrespected, but I wasted both my time and money, still having the horrible episodic eye burning.
Dr Hanslik today was over an hr late before I decided I had enough with his lack of professionalism and curiosity of be on time The last three times The procedure was the most painful I have ever endured The results are marginal at best I have to wear glasses now for reading and driving while I only needed them for driving
Both doctors are great. HOWEVER, their office staff has a lot to be desired. Been a patient over 5 years and have had same insurance with no changes. I get a call on Thursday from office saying they need a referral in order to be seen on Monday. My insurance plan if they read into it states no referrals were required. So my PCP faxed a referral on Thursday as they requested. I get there Monday for my 7AM appointment and the office girl said they need my referral. I said it was faxed last week.
